Harvesting : Grapes are hand picked into small crates for better selection and to avoid the destruction and oxidation of berries. Sorting both before and after destemming
Maceration : Direct pressing
Fermentation : Long fermentation at lower temperature. No malolactic fermentation.
Maturing : In stainless steel vats.
Colour : Beautiful pale pink color with salmon-pink lights.
Bouquet : Tangy red fruit.
Palais : Red fruit flavors enhanced by a beautiful freshness (distinctive feature of schistous soils).
