Yield per hectare : 20-25 Hl/Ha.
Grape varieties : Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir
Cultivation technique : Reasoned culture, Cordon de Royat pruning.

Harvesting : Grapes are hand picked into small crates  for better sélection and to avoid the destruction and oxidation of berries. Sorting both before and after destemming.
Wine making : Traditional
Maceration : Long with regular cap-punching.

Fermentation : Fermenting with regulation of temperatures.
Ageing : In French oak barrels (extra fine grains ) during 15 to 24 months.

Colour :    Deep Red
Bouquet : Black truffles, garrigue and black olives.
Palate : Fruit comes first, quickly followed by pepper and spices. The mouth is ample, complex and silky. It's a very-well balanced wine. The final is long, supple and harmonious.
