Harvesting : Grapes are hand picked and put into small crates for better selection and to avoid the destruction and oxidation of berries. Sorting both before and after destemming.
Wine making : Direct pressing, gentle must settling in stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation : Fermented at controlled temperature, fortification to keep the natural sweetness & complexity of the wine .
Maturing : In stainless steel vats.
Colour : Beautiful pale yellow with golden glints.
Bouquet : Notes of white flowers and citrus.
Palate : Rich aromas of honey, linden-tree, orange blossom & lemongrass. Elegant balanced between freshness, fruit & liquor.
