The Olive oil  comes from 2000 olives trees over 60 years on land shale at 200 meters altitude.
Indigenous varieties such as Picholine and Olivière picked at good maturity, give our oil incomparable aromas with a dominance of green fruit and hazelnut.

The low  yield of the production allows us to develop a high quality oil and lightly burning.
The pungency is a very important characteristic of the quality of the oil, ensuring the presence of polyphenols (antioxidants) and allowing the oil to keep in time.

We made the choice of metal packaging to preserve the oil of UV radiation.
