Grape varieties : Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc.
Cultivation technique : Reasoned culture, Gobelet pruning.
Harvesting : Grapes are hand picked and put into small crates for better selection and to avoid the destruction and oxidation of berries. Sorting both before and after destemming.
Wine making : Direct pressing, gentle must settling in stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation : Fermented at controlled temperature, fortification to keep the natural sweetness and complexity of the wine .
Ageing : In oak barrels during 5 to 10 years.
Colour : Clear amber
Bouquet : Candied fruit aromas and spices
Palate : The mouth is ample, soft and rich. Very complex, it starts with rancio aromas,
soon followed by dried fruits, honey and white flowers notes.
