CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

Wines can only be ordered in multiples of 6.
The vintages of the wines are given as an indication; when they are exhausted, they are replaced by the next vintage.
Delivery in Metropolitan France, all taxes and duties included.
Only orders accompanied by their payment by check payable to Domaine Força Réal will be taken into account.
We reserve the right of ownership of the delivered goods until full payment has been made.
The complete payment will be worth transfer of property, however the buyer becomes responsible for the articles as of the delivery, the transfer of possession being worth transfer of risks.
The delivery of the parcel is made by direct delivery to the announced recipient, or, in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Upon receipt of the goods by the buyer, the latter must, before signing the delivery note, imperatively check:
• that the package conforms to what is indicated on the delivery slip and to what was ordered. If in doubt, feel free to refuse it and contact us  for verification.

• that the package is in good condition. In the event of damage, defective packaging, crushed, open or missing parcels, it is absolutely necessary to issue

specific reservations, concerning the deteriorations observed, on the delivery slip that the carrier asks to sign, otherwise no complaint can be made.

Attention: the fact of marking "subject to unpacking" is without legal value, it is necessary to note precisely the reason for the reservations ("damaged parcel", "open", "crushed cardboard", number of broken bottles...).

In addition, the buyer will inform of this problem by telephone, with confirmation by mail or fax as soon as possible, and at the latest within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Delivery times are generally 72 hours or 3 working days. These delivery times are given in good faith and without commitment on our part. Our responsibility will not be engaged in the event of delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or any other fortuitous event and case of force majeure. We will not accept any claim for compensation or penalty.
