THE VINEYARD
Region : Roussillon, Northern Catalonia
Appellation : AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages
Soil : Clay-limestone
Area : 9 Hectares
Yield : 30 Hl/Ha.
Blend : Grenache Noir, Carignan, Syrah
Cultivation method : Conduct in reasoned culture, pruning in Goblet.
Harvest : Manual for a better selection of grapes; use of trays to avoid crushing and oxidation of the berries. Sorting on table and after destemmer.
VINIFICATION
Maceration : Long maceration.
Fermentation : Traditional with temperature control.
Ageing : In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 8 months.
THE TASTING
Dress : Garnet Red
Palate : Very fruity with notes of red fruits and spices. Round and melted tannins.
Nose : Very fragrant , aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry.
Respectful of nature, the entire property has been certified organic since 2018.
