Appellation : AOC Muscat de Rivesaltes
Soil :  Clay-limestone
Area :  2.5 Hectares
Yield :  17 Hl/Ha.
Blend : Muscat petits grains, Muscat Alexandrie
Cultivation method : Conduct in reasoned culture, pruning in Goblet.
Harvest : Manual for a better selection of grapes; use of trays to avoid crushing and oxidation of the berries. Sorting on table and after destemmer.


Maceration :  Direct pressing, settling, fermentation at low temperature. Mutage to preserve a natural sweetness in the wine.
Fermentation :   with temperature control.
Ageing :  In stainless steel vats.


Colour :  Pale yellow with brilliant reflections.
Nose :  Notes of citrus and white flowers..
Palate :  Powerful aromas reminiscent of honey, lime blossom, orange blossom and lemongrass. Liquor and freshness are harmoniously dosed.




Respectful of nature, the entire property has been certified organic since 2018.
