Soil :  Clay-limestone
Area :  2.5 Hectares
Yield :  17 Hl/Ha.
Blend :  Macabeu, Grenache gris, Grenache blanc
Cultivation method: Conduct in reasoned culture, pruning in Goblet.
Harvest : Manual for a better selection of grapes; use of trays to avoid crushing and oxidation of the berries. Sorting on table and after destemmer.


Maceration :  Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature.

Mutage to preserve a natural sweetness in the wine.
Fermentation :   with temperature control.
Ageing :  In barrels between 5 and 10 years minimum.


Color:   Amber and limpid
Nose : Candied fruits and spices.

Palate :  Ample, fat and unctuous, a rancio start, it explodes on the palate with notes of dried fruits and honeyed flowers.




Respectful of nature, the entire property has been certified organic since 2018.
